Brandt incorporates the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) full PMBOK into our projects. We use proven traditional practices, as well as innovative and advanced practices, to manage project integration, scope, time, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement. Brandt project managers are either certified or are actively pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

A few examples of the in depth and diverse capabilities of Brandt Project Managers include:

Envisioned, founded and managed the Project Management Office (PMO) for the largest agency within the state.
Conceived, designed, and implemented a secure Inter Process Communication (IPC) software application to meet the front end data communication needs of a mission-critical 24x7 application for a state law enforcement agency.
Managed a Message Switch Migration (MSM) project at a state law enforcement agency that involved data conversion and data exchange with various local, state, and federal entities.
Participated in the management of various state Medicaid fiscal agent procurement and implementation projects.
Managed the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance projects for several clients, including a variety of county and state governments and agencies.
