Surveys

The Brandt Information Center developed, and now supports, operates, and hosts the web-based Brandt Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (Brandt CATI) system, which manages the survey process and records survey results. Our system improves survey accuracy by tracking the call/disposition process, dialing the telephone number, walking the telephone surveyor through the survey script, collecting survey results, reporting survey results, monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of each surveyor, and capturing completed survey data for delivery. All survey results are stored in a database available to the client through a password protected website, hosted and operated by the Brandt Information Center. The website includes standard reports, as well as, an ad hoc report generator for customized reporting.

Job Vacancy Surveys

State Workforce agencies match businesses with residents seeking employment. To obtain information about current and future job vacancies, Brandt can perform all administration and management of all aspects of its job vacancy surveys, including:

  • A contact list and an approved survey instrument to conduct telephone surveys
  • Research and resolve incorrect telephone numbers
  • Administer a survey of standard job vacancy questions
  • Achieve a statistically valid sample size and perform post
  • Report the completed survey data to AWI

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Brandt conducts customer satisfaction surveys. The average interview response rates consistently meet or exceed requirements. Additionally, survey results are tabulated and reported within the first week of the following month.
