Brandt’s Itinio solution supports Tennessee State Parks (TSP) for all reservations, registration, gift card and point-of-sale systems throughout the 57-park system. This scope includes oversight and support of 9 golf courses, 6 resort park lodges, 8 restaurants and moorage contract management and accounting at 4 marinas.

Our team supported the phased, statewide transformation from common flat-fee reservation pricing to a dynamic rates structure based on the industry-unique Itinio demand-based pricing tools. This transformational effort involving technical support, marketing strategy, and accounting modifications, as well as statewide field-staff training on updated policies and public consumer messaging, continues today.
