In 2011, Brandt was selected by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) to develop the new Recreational Licensing Issuance Services (RLIS) system to manage and administer recreational fishing and hunting licenses for the State of Florida.
The new RLIS system needed to utilize new technology across all platforms, support the current license sales, and incorporate marketing tools and strategies to increase license sales. Brandt launched RLIS with no interruption in service to customers including hardware deployment and training to License Agents.
FWC’s next generation licensing system includes sales channels to reach every customer (internet/mobile, license agent, agency office, phone); dedicated, private cloud-based hosting; an online, web-based graphical user interface for administrative system management; a configurable interface to promote flexibility; a PCI compliant environment; and dozens of other benefits to streamline business processes, ensure confidentiality and security, increase sales, collect data, and offer FWC a reliable licensing application.
