South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism (SCPRT) began migration to the Itinio Reservations platform in January 2018 – with a peak-season go-live in August 2018. The system launch brought the agency multiple process improvements in the areas Accounting, Operations and Marketing.
The Brandt team was tasked with the conversion from multiple reservations and point-of-sale systems into fresh new systems providing the agency with improvements in payment processing, multi-system integration, accounting, and park operations. The Brandt team provides SCPRT with a dedicated Project Manager and shared Coordinators, as well as department-specific support for accounting and ongoing marketing efforts. Our product engineering group works closely with the SCPRT Revenue Managers to continually optimize and expand their unique rate-management tools to meet growing revenue-management strategies.
