Harvest Reporting

Brandt’s Harvest Reporting equips agencies with flexible, field-ready tools to manage harvest data, enforce regulations, and support long-term conservation planning. From configurable surveys to offline reporting and public-facing dashboards, the platform empowers both administrators and customers with the tools they need to stay compliant and informed.

Flexible, Configurable Surveys

Agency administrators can create and modify harvest surveys directly in the system, anytime. With fully configurable fields and logic, you can quickly adapt to changes in policy, species tracking requirements, or data collection priorities without waiting on system changes or technical support.

E-Tagging (E-Notching) Integration

The platform supports e-tagging as part of the harvest reporting process, ensuring regulatory requirements are met digitally and efficiently. Whether online or offline, customers can complete tagging steps directly through the app, reducing paperwork and streamlining compliance checks.

Offline Harvest Reporting
via Mobile App

Customers can report harvests and complete e-tagging (or e-notching) directly in the field, even without cell service. The mobile app assigns a temporary Harvest Report ID that can be shown to law enforcement. Once the user’s device reconnects, the app automatically syncs the data back to the system, retrying until successful. This ensures reporting compliance and accurate data collection in even the most remote locations.

Real-Time Dashboards
for Transparency

Seasonal harvest data is displayed on public dashboards, giving stakeholders and the public a clear view of harvest volumes, species trends, and regional activity. This transparency helps build trust and supports better decision-making throughout the season.
