To Summit All Up: Big Ideas, Stronger Connections, and What Comes Next
This year’s Summit brought 16 state agencies and more than 80 attendees together in Oklahoma City for a packed agenda of learning, collaboration and conversation.
Over the course of the event, attendees explored the ideas, technologies and practical strategies shaping the future of the outdoor recreation industry. Sessions covered everything from preparing licensing systems for change and exploring new Go Outdoors reservation features to transforming marketing strategies into effective campaign plans.
The agenda also addressed the important operational and technology considerations agencies are navigating today, including agent equipment decommissioning, ADA compliance and the growing role of artificial intelligence in the industry. With so much ground covered, Summit gave attendees the opportunity to step outside their day-to-day responsibilities, exchange ideas with peers and consider new approaches they could take back to their teams.
Just as valuable as the sessions were the conversations that happened between them. Summit created space for agencies to share their experiences, learn from one another and connect with the Brandt team around common opportunities and challenges. Those candid discussions and real-world perspectives are what make this event so meaningful each year.
As we reflect on our time in Oklahoma City, one thing is clear: meaningful progress happens when the right people come together with a shared commitment to improving the customer experience and advancing the industry.
Thank you to every agency representative, speaker and team member who contributed their insight, energy and expertise. We are grateful for the partnerships that make Summit possible, and we look forward to turning this year’s conversations into continued collaboration and action.
