Alabama State Parks

Alabama Department of Conservations & Natural Resources (ADCNR) launched its Brandt/Itinio Reservations system in 2023. ADCNR includes 21 state parks with camping, cabins, facilities, lodges, golf, marinas, restaurants, and retail operations.

Florida

In 2011, Brandt was selected by FWC to develop the new Recreational Licensing Issuance Services (RLIS) system to manage and administer recreational fishing and hunting licenses for the State of Florida.

Georgia

In January 2014, Brandt was selected by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division (GWRD) to design, develop, and implement a new, cutting edge recreational licensing and boat registration system to replace the obsolete solution in place at that time.

Idaho

The transition of the new Go Outdoors Idaho solution included the coordination of several components, including the transition of 450+ existing point of sale hardware units. Brandt leveraged existing hardware to continue operations for all License Agents and provided full online training prior to implementation.

Iowa

Brandt implemented and is currently supporting Go Outdoors Iowa, an updated version of IDNR’s electronic licensing system, a statewide system that the IDNR uses to sell or otherwise make available to the public, selected outdoor recreation and commercial privileges it administers.

Kansas

Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks launched selected Brandt to develop its new licensing system in February of 2021. The new efficient system is designed to improve the user experience for KDWP, license agents, boat vendors, and its more than two million public license holders. In May 2022, Kansas launched the new Go Outdoors Kansas website and mobile app, allowing customers to purchase hunting and fishing licenses, complete harvest reports, register boats, and more.

Louisiana

Louisiana Office of Culture Recreation & Tourism (Louisiana State Parks) selected through a competitive solicitation Brandt to replace its existing central reservation, point of sale and golf cart management system and other administrative applications managed both in-house and by its previous vendor. Brandt developed the industry-leading new, customized Go Outdoors Louisiana and launched it on-time with great success on June 1, 2022.

Mississippi State Parks

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries & Parks (MDWFP) selected the Itinio Reservations and point-of-sale solution in late 2021 to replace multiple disconnected systems and assist with updating parks policies and field practices. Our initial challenge was to help stem a years-long decline in statewide parks use by working closely with the MDWFP parks team on improving guest services and operational efficiency leading to overall revenue growth.

Nebraska

Nebraska Game and Parks Commission (NGPC) leverages Brandt’s Terra solution for their Permitting System and went live in November of 2022. The new user-friendly system allows customers to purchase all fishing and hunting permits by creating a customer account or looking up their account information. Park entry permits, Nebraskaland Magazine subscriptions, donations, and merchandise may be purchased as a guest user and do not require an account.

North Carolina

In 2022, Brandt was selected as the vendor to work with the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission’s to replace its hunting/fishing/trapping license and vessel titling and registration system. Brandt embarked on the development of a tailored solution aiming to streamline the licensing process, enhance customer service, and provide a user-friendly interface for outdoor enthusiasts. Go Outdoors North Carolina successfully launched July 1, 2023.

Oklahoma

ODWC selected Brandt to replace its existing suite of hunt/fish licensing, harvest reporting, limited hunt drawing, event manager, mail handler and other administrative applications managed both in-house and by its current vendor.

Oregon

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife leveraged Brandt’s Terra solution for its Electronic License System (ELS).  The system went live into production on December 1, 2018 anTerra continues to work with ODFW to enhance the ELS solution.

South Carolina – SCDNR

SCDNR selected Brandt to replace its existing system of hunt/fish licensing, boat and motor titling and registration, commercial licensing, and a suite of administrative applications. Brandt began the development of a new, customized Go Outdoors South Carolina solution in May 2021 and went live in ten months on March 1, 2022. The implementation of the Go Outdoors solution brought significant updates and changes to improve the purchase process and overall customer service experience.

South Carolina State Parks

South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism (SCPRT) began migration to the Itinio Reservations platform in January 2018 – with a peak-season go-live in August 2018. The system launch brought the agency multiple process improvements in the areas Accounting, Operations and Marketing.

South Dakota

GFP selected Brandt to develop a one stop shop e-commerce platform to replace an in-house licensing system and vendor managed central reservation system for state park reservations and point of sale operations.

Tennessee – TWRA

In 2016, Brandt was selected by TWRA to design and implement a suite of solutions and services including recreational licensing, quota hunts, license agent sales, and boat registration management.

Tennessee State Parks

Brandt’s Itinio solution supports Tennessee State Parks (TSP) for all reservations, registration, gift card and point-of-sale systems throughout the 57-park system. This scope includes oversight and support of 9 golf courses, 6 resort park lodges, 8 restaurants and moorage contract management and accounting at 4 marinas.

Virginia

Virginia selected Brandt to replace its existing suite of recreational and commercial licensing solutions, harvest reporting, license agent POS solution, product / catalog management, and administrative management tools as well as boat registration and titling systems and other applications managed both in-house and by its previous vendor.

Washington

Washington’s WILD Outdoor Licensing and Recreation solution leverage Brandt’s Terra solution and generates over $55 million in revenue each year. The solution include hunting/fishing license sales, lottery, hunter education integration, customer and vendor communications, and business intelligence dashboards.

West Virginia

West Virginia’s Electronic Licensing and Game Checking System (ELS) leverages Brandt’s Terra Solution offering sportspersons the opportunity to purchase annual and lifetime hunting and fishing licenses via the internet, at DNR, or via one of West Virginia’s more than 225 point of sale agents.
