The new licensing system offers a streamlined, user-friendly experience for purchasing hunting and fishing licenses and connecting with DFG programs. To further strengthen DFG’s outreach and R3 marketing efforts, DFG will be using Brandt’s Atlas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services. With Atlas, DFG will have new tools to communicate more effectively with stakeholders, deliver timely communications, and foster stronger connections across Massachusetts’ outdoor community.
